Draft Line Cleaning

We provide draft line cleaning services in all of North Carolina!

We are proud to the clean the lines for the following Breweries and Distributors:

We clean according to the Brewers Association Guidelines

This is the process laid out by Brewers Association and this is what we do:

– Flush beer from lines using water, preventing dilution of cleaning chemicals
– Fill lines with either Acid or Caustic solution (depending on the cleaning cycle) and allow it to sit in the lines for 15 minutes.
– During this period our line cleaners disassemble and clean faucets, FOBS (quarterly), and keg couplers.
– Flush the chemical out of the lines using water. We check the water’s pH balance using litmus paper to ensure no cleaning solution remains in the lines.
– After this process, we reconnect the kegs, make sure the beer is pouring properly, clean our work area, and depart.

Crafty Quality Assurance Team

Every line cleaning team is randomly spot checked at minimum 6 times per month at various accounts on the day of cleaning to ensure:

– Faucets and couplers are being thoroughly cleaned,
– Maintenance issues are addressed,
– Brewery and distributor tags are being left on faucets
– Work areas are left clean, and
– That the establishment’s staff and management is satisfied with our work.
